If we cannot validate the core hypothesis of a product within 30 days, we either pivot or kill the project. This requires a specific set of tools and a specific mindset.
- Serverless First: We don't manage infrastructure. We use AWS Lambda, GCP Cloud Run, or Vercel Edge Functions to focus entirely on logic.
- Instrumented Growth: Every user interaction is a data point. We track not just clicks, but model performance, latency, and cost-per-inference.
- LLM-as-a-Service: We leverage existing foundations (OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral) to build rapidly, only training custom models when we have the data to justify it.
Conviction over Consensus
